About Me

Jacinta Hoogenboom

I am a breathwork facilitator, regression therapist, yoga teacher, Journey Therapist, Holographic Kinetics practitioner and remedial massage therapist. I have worked with clients for over 12 years with issues such as depression, anxiety, pain, trauma, communication breakdowns, low self-esteem, feeling stuck, relationship problems, addictions and blocks in different areas.

I started learning different healing modalities in my teens when I realised that my perception of reality and of the events that had occurred in the past had been having a negative impact on my health. I realised that there were many different ways to view situations and that by releasing the suppressed thoughts and emotions that were trapped in my body from previous experiences, a new reality could emerge. This enabled me to forgive myself and others, to let go of anger and resentment and to experience a greater sense of freedom and happiness.

This experience led me on a path of learning and I am grateful to have had many amazing teachers such as Aboriginal elder Steve Richards, Bulgarian teacher Valery Bliss, BBTRS founder Giten Tonkov, The Journey founder Brandon Bays, massage teacher Te Rowan and many others.

My aim is to share knowledge about the old ways of healing and to help bring some balance back to our health system. My vision is for a paradigm shift to occur where people become their own healers and resolve their problems through good nutrition, bodywork, detoxing, trauma release techniques, aligning themselves with the laws of creation, understanding the distortions in their thinking, healthy breathing habits and exercise. I believe that we can resolve the political, environmental, economic and social problems we face this way too.
